Finally cracked 7 miles!
Proof positive of cracking the 7-mile mark with a pic of the display from the screen of the display on the exercise bike. It took a lot longer than I thought it would to go from 6 miles to 7 miles . . . but I finally cracked 7 miles on the exercise bike for the first time post-shutdown. Just made it at 7.02. (Picture is from the “cool down,” which I kept pausing to get my phone ready.) The time between 6 and 7 included a significant new “positioning” (a big topic in disability parlance, at least when I was a kid) that set things back as expected at first, but is paying off now, and a climb from doing levels 6, 8, and 10, for 20 minutes each to level 10 for the hour.
